Aurelia (also spelled Aurélia or Aurelija) is a feminine given name from the Latin family name Aurelius, which was derived from aureus meaning "golden". The name began from minor early saints but was given as a name due to its meaning, and not from where it originated.

So tema tahun ni untuk dinner PPMK adalah Gold walaupun aku x pakai gold. aha
Basically dinner ni adalah waktu yg majoritinya pelajar dapat luangkan masa dan pergi bertemu kembali dengan sahabat sahabat lama. Sebab masing2 sibuk dalam hal masing masing.

Annual dinner juga merupakan event yang paling dinanti kerana ia merupakan event kemuncak bagi PPMK sesi 2014/2015. Juga merupakan masa untuk mengumumkan keputusan Batch War. Serta tayangan video bagi setiap batch .

So I guess this event is one of the highlight in this year. My mood was really good because finally I can match my dress and shawl perfectly hahha. I had never feel this good about my outfit since my first GAD on 2013.

Here I got certification for the committee member Education and Career bureau.

I can say that  annual dinner also one of the event to celebrate the most senior  batch who will be graduated soon. For this year is the Batch 11. They are great nice and most inspiring seniors ever. Good luck in the future. It will be a big life transition for going to the next level.

It was a great weekend and thanks to PPMK . It was a memorable Sunday 8/11/2015. hoho.

Oh and actually I am intending to share my sweet escape to Gapyeong which is famous with Nami Island and Petite France. Well, I am actually accompany my Malaysian friends as they came for honeymoon. <3 <3 . Despite of 3 team projects, assignments, reports and presentations, honestly I played a lot last weekend. *sigh*

Hey girls, guys =)

Have you ever been wondering how am I schooling here in Ewha, do I use Korean language regularly in my class? What is the majors offered here in Ewha especially for foreign students?How about the grading system? So today I write briefly about

I especially emphasize the Scranton program because there are  Division of International studies and Global Korean studies because there are many international students in these divisions and the least demanding in terms of Korean class and Korean exam qualifications which is the students will take classes mostly in English.  Also, I heard that DIS in Ewha is one of the best in Korea =D

Well, if you are saying you are interested in other fields you can choose freely. However, you have to take TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) at least level 4 to graduate. Since we have certain requirements to graduate. Also, it will be better if you have good ability in Korean since you are going to take a lot of classes in Korean. For info log on to

My major and classes

I am in my sophomore year and already taking my major classes in the Food Science Engineering field. What is that? Our Food Science and Engineering program is seeking principles and methods to make food safer, tastier, and healthier for consumers. Yes, I do love food. And I do hope I can make improvement and invent something new in the food industry.

At at the beginning of my year and semester I was with the students from Environmental Engineering. Basically the separation was done according to their own grades (CGPA).  Different case with me because since I was registered here my name is already in the department of Food Science Engineering. That’s already set in my agreement with the sponsor. Since I am taking the other field I must have level 4  in Topik exam and most of my classes in Korean (criesㅠㅠㅠㅠ) . But it really helps me in daily live communications, my friendship with the Koreans and also upgrade my understanding.

Last week the topic was about my daily life. I will upload here again =)

Grading system

 In Korea, the education system using relative evaluations or grading on a curve (also referred to as curved grading, bell curving, or using grading curves) is astatistical method of assigning grades designed to yield a pre-determined distribution of grades among the students in a class. Usually they will have the percentage for every grade such as 35% for A, 40% for B and the rest either C or D

You have to fight for the ranking also for your marks. Difficult huh? Well, that is the challenge studying in Korea. Also the highest GPA is 4.3 or 4.5 instead 4 flat ( since Malaysia is using 4.00 as the highest grade). If you are deciding to study here you must get ready to be competitive as them so that you can beat others. But don’t be an ignorant it doesn't mean you don’t have to help your friends. =)
